PYROCARB
"PYROCARB" is a products which have elaborate pyrotic-carbon coating on bare graphite by CVD. This products is composite material which keeps physical properties as original graphite and add high-purification, prevention particles.

Advantage
1. Carbon (C) Membrane
 
- Superb thermal stability characteristics.( Inert environment 3000°C)
- Superb thermal shock, at a glowing red 800°C, Even if submerged into water, there is no flaking, peeling or cracking of the PYROCARB membrane.
- Superior resistance to chemical corrosion. (Stable even if soaked an acid-aq or alkali-aq)
2. PYROCARB is produced from high purified Hydrocarbon, therefore Purification of membrane is high purity.
3. Gas can not penetrate PYROCARB membrane.
 
- Low absorption and degassing of impurities.
- Superior resistance-oxidize (O2)and resistance siliconization(SiO).
- Eliminate the penetration of material Silica.
4. No graphite particle.
 
- PYROCARB eliminates completely the flaking and particle during running operation.
5. Increasing surface smoothness
 
- Decreasing sticking power of vapor deposition, easy to clean up.
6. Surface reflectivity is much higher as than bare graphite.
 
- Surface reflectivity of PYROCARB is double of bare graphite one.
7. Thermal conductivity of membrane are different on the direction.
 
- Thermal conductivity of vertical direction is 1/35 to 1/40, surface direction is three times than bare graphite one.
