Management System Certification Status

As part of our means to continuously improve the environmental footprint caused by the Group's activities, products and services, we established a Safety and Health Management System for ISO14001 and ISO45001certification, and obtained these certifications. In FY2014, we integrated all our management systems, including those focusing on the environment, health, safety, and quality management, as the IBIDEN Management System (IMS) and began operating it. Our overseas bases, which operate globally, have also implemented management systems equivalent to ours and obtained unified certification.
We have confirmed whether our management systems have been properly established and operated through semiannual internal audits and annual external audits for certification. Improving the matters, which were pointed out in internal and external audits, has led to further upgrading of the level of our management system.
