Started "Project Team System" exclusive to each core development (1. MCM, 2. NPKG, 3. AAP10, 4. Housing Materials, 5. exhaust gas elimination)

ISO9001 certified (for Electronic Division in 1995, Ceramic Division in 1996, Housing Division in 1997)

Completed new production building in Ogaki Plant, and started production of IC PKG substrate (O-LGA)

Succeeded first in the world in practical use of diesel particulate filter(DPF) for passenger car

Established "IBIDEN Electronics (Beijing) Co., Ltd." as the production base of PWB (In June 2023, transferred all shares)
Established "IBIDEN DPF France S.A.S."(IDFS)as the production base of SiC-DPF(In June 2023, IDFS was liquidated)

OHSAS18001 certified for all the business operations of IBIDEN and its four subsidiaries
Started Medium-Term Management Plan "RENEWAL IBIDEN 95 PLAN"

Started high-volume production FVSS®, all-layer stack up PWB
Established "IBIDEN Hungary Kft." as the production base of SiC-DPF

Established new head office building/training center in Kanda-Cho, Ogaki City

Announced the inauguration, President Iwata to Chairman of the board, Senior Managing Director Takenaka to President
Formulated "IBIDEN Way" as IBIDEN's corporate philosophy
Achieved the Medium-Term Management Plan one year ahead of the term and started the new plan "Global IBI-TECHNO 100 PLAN(6-year plan)"
